Bang & Bonsomer has become the main owner of Palonot by acquiring the majority of the shares.

Palonot will continue to operate as an independent company, maintaining its current organisational structure with support from Bang & Bonsomer.

Palonot’s distinctive fire retardant products are valuable addition to the Bang & Bonsomer product range, particularly for Wood, Paper, and Packaging applications. These products offer synergistic benefits, complementing Bang & Bonsomer’s own existing lineup that includes adhesives under the LARUCOLL and LARUFIX brands, as well as hydrophobic agents under the OTATEK BioWax brand.
